Advertising & Third Parties
Third-party ad networks (e.g. Google) may use cookies to deliver personalised ads. While we block sensitive categories, we cannot be held responsible for rare mismatches. Refer to the NAI Self-Regulatory Principles for options to manage personalised advertising.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Essential cookies keep sessions open, ensure security and load balancing; other categories are optional and can be controlled via the cookie banner or browser settings.
Third-party cookies in use may include Google Analytics, Google AdSense/DoubleClick, Facebook (Meta) remarketing, Cloudflare security cookies and performance logging tools. Each provider follows its own privacy policy.
Social Sharing Cookies
Social plugins enable one-click sharing. If you do not want these services to collect data, block third-party cookies in your browser.
Cookie Management
- Use the cookie preference panel (when available) to enable/disable categories.
- Manage cookies directly from your browser settings or via Your Online Choices, NAI or DAA.

Direct Marketing
We may contact you with product updates or promotions. You can opt out anytime via the unsubscribe link or by emailing info@promptena.com.
Media & Embedded Content
Uploaded images may contain EXIF/GPS data; remove metadata if you do not wish to disclose locations. Embedded content from other websites behaves as if you visited those sites directly.
Data Retention & Security
Data is stored only as long as necessary and then deleted or anonymised. Servers are protected with encryption, access controls, firewalls, intrusion detection and regular backups. No method is 100% secure, but we apply industry-standard technical and organisational measures.
Children
Users under 18 must obtain parental consent. Guardians may request deletion of minor accounts via info@promptena.com.
Changes
This policy may be updated periodically; please review the latest version published on this page.
