Who we are. Promptena.com is a community platform where members share prompts, AI tools and workflow templates. Within these terms any reference to “site”, “site management” or “Promptena” refers to Promptena.com.
By accessing the platform you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old or that you have obtained parental/guardian consent. You also agree to the latest version of these terms and our privacy & cookie policies. If you disagree with any clause, discontinue using the Service.
You may publish text, images, video, graphics or other materials (“Content”). You remain solely responsible for the legality and reliability of everything you share. By submitting Content you grant Promptena a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to host, display, adapt and distribute your Content on the platform. Other users may view and reuse your public Content subject to these Terms.
You warrant that (i) you own the Content or have the necessary rights to grant the license above, (ii) the Content does not infringe privacy, publicity, copyright, contractual or other rights of any person, (iii) it does not violate any law, contain hate speech, threats, malware, spam, or otherwise damage the Service. You agree to retain documentation proving that your Content complies with these requirements and to provide it upon request.
Promptena does not monitor all Content but reserves the right to edit, remove or disable access to any Content at any time. All Content you share on the Service becomes public and you assume all risks associated with such disclosure.
The Service may contain links to external websites. Promptena has no control over such sites and is not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Visiting third-party websites is at your own risk.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or pose a security risk. Sections that, by nature, should survive termination (such as ownership, indemnity and liability limits) will remain in effect.
You agree to indemnify Promptena, its affiliates and employees against any losses, damages, claims or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, accuracy or profitability and disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Promptena will not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, nor for any commercial arrangements between users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved under Turkish jurisdiction.
