Promptena acts as the data controller for identity and contact details (name, birth date, national ID, email, phone, address), profile information, user-generated content, media uploads, survey responses, automatically collected device/log data, cookies, SDK identifiers, and information received from partners with your prior consent.

Purposes of Processing

• Providing, personalising and promoting our products and services based on preferences and usage patterns.
• Managing User/Member/Admin relations, satisfaction programs and support operations.
• Creating contractual records in electronic or paper form, fulfilling legal obligations and responding to competent authorities.
• Operating, securing, maintaining and improving the platform; detecting technical errors and fraud.
